Pros

Discount on rooms. They did an upgrade. Easy system lots to learn though. Laid back

Cons

The food prep area could be better. rude employees to guest. they could be a little nicer since you are TAKING their money. Not the most desirable area to work in at night alone. Paid less then other 3rd shift workers.

Pros

I am sure the company name is solid but does not mean they hold other brand owners accountable for proper procedures being followed

Cons

Company that purchased the business name is running it's name into the ground. Will hire anybody for the job and they have no real experience in outstanding people management

No pros come to mind at this time

Cons

They dont pay you for time you had to wait on other front desk agents that's coming in to relieve you even if they are more than 30 mins late and they don't Kno how to properly communicate
