Pros

Easy job with great employees and nice guests, you won't be there later then 10PM on almost every shift and its stress free most of the tim

Cons

Pay is absolutely garbage, worst I've ever heard, people at mcdoanlds make more then that. You will be on your feet most if not the whole time so hopefully you can handle that

A Choice brand hotel! Great ChoiceAdvantage system!! Great quality assurance program !!! Great employee travel program!!!! Great environment to work in!!

Cons

There are absolutely no cons when you're working for a great company and with great people while earning great money.

Pros

You will get your 40 hours. You typically get a raise after 90 days. That is the only pros that I can think of.

Cons

Terrible training, uncomfortable work environment, management is a JOKE! No orientation is given and schedule is changed without notice constantly.
