Pros

This was my first job out of the Army. It job helped me get experience working with customers and handling money.

Cons

There was almost no training. I was placed on the night shift and was left to fend for myself. The pay was really lousy. Management expected the employees to go above and beyond, yet were unwilling to provide pay above the minimum wage.

Awesome management team and the staff works together like a family. Many opportunities are available for you to grow and learn.

Cons

It is a repetitive position. Not a lot of customer interaction or employee interaction. Mainly work by yourself. Can get boring at times.
