Pros

The guests are incredibly kind and the work is fairly relaxing for the most part. The amount of down time allows me to recharge my batteries in between tasks.

Cons

The pay is abysmal compared to what other hotels are rumored to pay. I left a decent pay grade for more hours here, but it would be nice to compensated better for our efforts. There are no clear lines of authority and the morning front desk clerk attempts to be a dictator over everyone else.

Pros

We have small staff. We all work together as a team. Work by yourself and good management.

Cons

They do not have good benefits. I do not see myself growing to a higher position because it is a small Inn and they only need so much leaders.
