I am friendly and know how to talk to the guest and can go out of my way to help.

Cons

Fellow employees might not always be on time which could interfere with appointments/etc. you might already have.

discounted rooms for employees, the Choice privilege points that you gain by signing people up can be used for various gift cards, and free nights at choice hotels

Cons

The "quality" of Choice Hotels is extremely inconsistent. Some of them are really nice and many of them are subpar. It makes it difficult to represent the brand because lots of people know they can be crappy.
