Pros

Few employees, so it creates a family atmosphere. It's easy to talk to management about concerns and hours.

Cons

Not the nicest hotel in the world, so there are a lot of complaints from guests. Hours fluctuate a LOT so pay is inconsistent. There is no 'training program' aside from Choice University, which is honestly a joke.

Pros

The general manager is wonderful to work with, very patient, understanding, and it's a real pleasure to work with him. His cool, calm nature while dealing with unpleasant guests and or difficult situations really helps to set the mode for the personality needed to preform this job. He also stands up for his employees which is really refreshing.

Cons

The down side to this job is the pay, and no benefits.
