There are no good reasons for working here. Beware the same owner also owns a hotel in Galax, VA, Hillsville, VA, and 2 more in Wytheville, VA.

Cons

Owner is rude, obnoxious, and a major micromanager. He talks down to his employees and thinks everyone is stupid except himself. He blames employees for mistakes even when they were off those days. Could not even do job properly without his consent for each step or him looking over your shoulder.
