No days off. No reliable employees. Constant no shows so I would be stuck at work with nobody to relieve you. Schedule would change daily even same day!. Never knew when you would have a day off. People constantly called in. Owner treated you like crap. Act nice to your face then talk about everyone to other employees behind their back. Rewarded bad druggie employees who quit 10 times and catered to them but not the good ones who was always there and went above and beyond. Pay was only $9 until I said I needed more and got 10 after their meth headed employee cursed me out cause of the owner spreading lies and starting drama. Has no life outside that place. Quit and went to a new company (making almost double what I did at that hotel) as Office Coordinator in Rome with a steady Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm. Hotel would call you and constantly bother you on your time off. THAT IS NOT NORMAL. Now Im able to leave my work at 5 and not think or hear from anyone outside work hours and 88 hours PTO. Benefits.401k with free health and life insurance. There was no benefits at the hotel and you had to fight for a day off at that hotel h3ll!! Best decision ever was leaving that awful place with the world's worst management. Been working over 15 years and that was by far the worst place, management wise, I've ever encountered!! If the owner would back off and allow the woman she pays to be a manager actually be a manager then it would ne okay but the owner is controlling and she wont!!! She is crazy and obsessed. She watches the cameras constantly to see what you are doing. Couldn't even poop without getting a call from her going "WHERE ARE YOU I CANT SEE YOU ON THE CAMERA???" I could go on and on but Cedartown location- STAY AWAY FROM IT! Get on Indeed and Zip Recruiter because there's so much better out there! Who wants to spend all holidays working anyways??
