      Pros

      I had great experience working in Quality Matrix. My H1B visa transfer was straight forward and I never had any issues with finding projects, payroll or getting help from HR on misc items. Both Kant (CEO) and Shana (HR/Legal) are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely recommend Quality Matrix to anyone.

      I’m truly grateful to be a part of QM. It’s a great company with a positive and supportive work environment that makes coming to work every day a pleasure. One of the things I value most is the strong support from management — not only on the professional front but also when it comes to personal challenges. Their understanding and willingness to help beyond just work matters really sets them apart. Thank you to the entire QM management team for creating such a motivating and caring workplace.
