Pros

Interesting work and decent benefits. If you're willing to learn you are given the opportunity unless you get stuck working on one product.

Cons

Management doesn't look very far into the future. This compounds issues especially with a very lean incoming inspection department taking parts from dock to stock. Quality issues seem to be a daily occurrence with no end in sight. Management gives the impression that quality is the number one priority but buckles to pushing machines through the process just to get the numbers they are striving for.

QVI has been a fantastic place to work at. They have continued to support my growth and progression through my time here. You are constantly surrounded by highly intelligent individuals working on cutting edge technology. The work is never boring and the results are always rewarding.

Cons

The same cons you get any other place. Some people are difficult to deal with. Some days are slightly more stressful. The support from both my peers and supervisors alleviates this con drastically though.
