This place is a dangerous safety hazard the upper management is very unprofessional and has no idea on how to run a company. The only way to get hired Is if you are White or know someone who works there. I'm surprised that there still in business it must be because of Witchcraft and Voodoo. Only White people get their reviews on time. Black's reviews are put on hold and the pay is not fair. QVI has that good ole boy mentality this is a sink or swim company the employees and management are overwhelmed with work and underpaid.

Pros

I am quite happy here. The people have been great. There is a lot of room for growth. Older workforce so lots of retirements coming up which means opportunity for others to advance. I have worked at many companies in Rochester and this has been my best experience thus far. I hope to be here for many years to come.

Cons

Yes some things (like the phones) are pretty antiquated. But they are making updates - recently upgraded the computer system, building a cafeteria, investing in updating the warehouse.
