Hike cycle postpones

They don't involve much in employee - client relationship

Cons

Hike cycle gets postponed to 6 more months which was informed on the hike month. Just image how an employee would feel. This is something which makes employees lose their interest in working even after giving their 100% for a year. And even after you get hike after 1.5 years, just imagine the % they might give after saying that their business isn't doing good.

All the data collectors and logistic coordinators were kind/hardworking

Cons

Director is fake to those who work under him, greedy with money underpaying everyone who works for him, and lies about career growth. Management has no structures there are too many of them but they’re under qualified leading horrible data collection quality to clients Too much micromanaging to those working under the managers
