      Pros

      QualiTest is a great company to work for. They have good software testing solutions. It is good to know the Management team understands the ground up needs of a Junior tester to a Senior Specialist.

      Pros

      I loved every moment I was with this company. This company provides good opportunity for growth. I like the fact that they are completely focused on testing. Not your usual staffing company. Upper management is good. I wish I could have continued with this company.

      Pay rate are a lower than industry standards.

One of our goals is to make our software testers the best testers in the world; therefore, we always take the time to train and develop our employees. We are currently working on establishing career paths for our employees which will address training needs, growing opportunities, and raise/bonus schedules over a two year period.
