1.Their Rules are hell, It suits only to freshers and those are not suitable for experienced. planned should be decided by 15 days before. Everything they are saying LOP. Only 6 unplanned leaves you can take yearly. That to they are asking for ISTQB or else you will be in probationary period. They are treating employees like school children. 2. If you are a contract employee to their clients, If the clients released you the same day forcefully they will make you tho resign. They dont even give a week. Please be careful to choos qualitest as a payroll company. 3. If you did not clear ISTQB, they will not allow you to take leave.If you are experienced also once you joined this company you should clear ISTQB. 4. They will not allow you to use printers. 5. This company is not recommended for experienced please don't go to spoil your personal life. And so on..
