Pros

The only ‘good’ thing is wage above average but they will mental harass you to quit your job

Cons

Completely Toxic Culture- Everything is bad, poor management, they change what you do every 2 weeks, they will say you’re performing well and improving and 2 weeks later will state the opposite. They will perform mental harassment if they need to layoff, they will take every opportunity to do it - if you don’t reply in 5 minutes they will say you’re absent, the projects are hectic, with no guidance or processes improvement. You’ll feel a huge nepotism, people covering bad behaviour and protecting one another. The attrition is huge and you can tell that everyone is unhappy. No career opportunity or growth.

Pros

The old Experior people are a really good bunch to work with

Cons

They have recently been changing policy which affect your working terms and conditions, and adding significant extra duties to people without consultation (or training or extra pay). HR team seem to have no understanding of UK employment laws. Pension is taken out after tax so you do not receive the National Insurance savings you would get anywhere else. If you are a higher rate taxpayer you will have to claim the tax allowance yourself and this takes many months . You cannot claim back the National Insurance. If a higher rate taxpayer you will be thousands pounds a year worse off than working somewhere that has a pre-tax pension scheme. The pension scheme itself charges the employee ~2.5% fees (most only charge ~0.4%) which wipes out the employers contribution of 3%. You don't get any say over which assignment you go on making it very hard to fulfil your objectives. You are no longer allowed to decline an assignment. You have to save three days of your own annual leave allowance for the Christmas shutdown, and some of the days they advertise as annual leave are bank holidays so actual leave allowance which is your own is less than advertised.
