The pension scheme itself charges the employee ~2.5% fees (most only charge ~0.4%) which wipes out the employers contribution of 3%. You don't get any say over which assignment you go on making it very hard to fulfil your objectives. You are no longer allowed to decline an assignment. You have to save three days of your own annual leave allowance for the Christmas shutdown, and some of the days they advertise as annual leave are bank holidays so actual leave allowance which is your own is less than advertised.
