Pros
Some good people to work with and a generally flexible work environment with good leave options. Not sure how long this will last.
Cons
Working in sales for Qualitest NA was honestly a huge disappointment. There’s favoritism toward a small group of “preferred” people who get bonuses no matter what, while the rest of us are left fighting for scraps. New Leadership makes big promises but never delivers. Nothing they commit to actually happens. If you’re not part of their inner circle, don’t expect support, recognition, or a fair shot. This place drained my motivation fast.
