- Ambitious company with opportunities for career progression - Good team, with people who are enjoyable to work with - Come a long way over the last few years, with a strong leadership team who are aligned - More focus on employees careers - Investment has gone into training platforms and mental health support

Cons

- work-life balance could be improved - lots of change within a small period of time with senior management. This seems to have stabilized.
