Pros

I have been with QT for more than a year now. I joined post my maternity break and also post pandemic. However, I have to say the transition in both the aspects has been very smooth. I am really happy with the culture, the learning opportunities, importance to performance and merit. It is really great being part of a growing organization with such a clear vision and growth path.
