      * Huge expansion creates a lot of interesting projects * Great management team who push workers to outperform * Great flexibility and understanding about remote working

      Cons

      * Given the quick expansion, sometimes difficult to bed in new processes and systems quick enough * QT are PE backed so no different from other demanding PE backed companies, focus is always on growth
