Pros

Very friendly colleagues and office (before the pandemic happened) was nice.

Cons

1. Low salaries. Low salaries. Low salaries. For an international IT company, with high aspirations, they are exaggeratedly greedy. 2. No transparency whatsoever - any decision taken by management is kept secret until rumors get to you, and only then you might get officially notified. 3. The company puts 0 effort to make sure the WFH for each employee is possible. You got no working chair/desk at home? Sucks for you. 4. The huge workload and extra working hours during the first months of Covid should have somehow motivated the management to either increase salaries or provide some bonuses - all we got was a "thanks for the efforts".
