I want to highlight most of the people in the team had been in the role for less than 3 before the pandemic escalated, thus not having proper set up houses. so during the Covid-19 lock down we haven't been offered assistance nor money in case we need to source office materials (desk, chair and/or internet). Since the lock down there has been only 1 communication to the employees, then silence from the management team.
