Business Outlook
Pros
International work environment with kind, professional people. Relaxed work environment. Opportunity to work directly and remotely with Google employees, whose standard is high and promote professional development. The management is understanding and has invested in HR.
Cons
The salaries, I've heard, could be higher-- mine is quite fine. I think part of the problem is that some people don't know how to negotiate their salaries positively. I've heard of people having issues with management, though in many instances I noticed people have issues with management because they're unable themselves to communicate professionally.
