Cons

Management do everything to underpay Have to fight for promotions/back pay that was promised Expect extra hours but many people take 2 hour lunches

Poor HR and management team

Good client like Google that provides perks

Cons

The HR team are the worst I've ever seen. They either provide wrong information or speak to you like you are bothering them, or both. Like what other review say, the management don't care about people and use you like a tool, they will get rid of you once the project is done. Not only will not recommend to others, but also will warn friends not to join.

Pros

Has some clients that are good to work for.

Cons

The company doesn't make much of an effort to find employees new positions when projects end. They have few compunctions about just letting people go instead. They laid off a well-performing pregnant woman two weeks before her due date because her project was over. They claim that in the future they want to become an "employer of choice," but for now they look more like the naked face of greed.
