Pros
- A lot of support from co-workers and company - Very relaxed, fun atmosphere in test centers - Able to move across multiple projects and gain an incredible amount of knowledge about testing tools and practices - Clearly defined and achievable career pathing
Cons
- Training and training documents are a little scattered, but they are aware of this and currently are working this out - Pay sometimes is a little below average - Work can be a little chaotic at times due to number of changes in personnel and clients - Currently no 401k matching
