      Pros

      It's a good environment to learn in.

      Cons

      Very low pay. No benefits. Your work ethic, abilities, and relationship with clients mean nothing. They will let you go at the drop of a hat. The attrition is very high. They lie to clients in order to get contracts.

      Pros

      Office culture is awesome and fun with pool tables, ping pong, video games, and more. There are also fun tournaments that take place here and there. Great co-workers. Free snacks and drinks. Office events 1-2 times per month to engage with others in the office and just have some fun. Company is growing very quickly which leaves lots of room for growth. Managers have an open door policy and are always willing to take feedback.

      Some cross-functional teams functional differently or want to do things their way instead of the company way.
