      Only good for starters, not for long term.

      Cons

      Bad company, and bad management, no bonuses or anything, they only care about their income money from clients. No salary adds.

      Pros

      I felt very good working with Qualitest. It treats their employees very well and are very supportive. I am not sure why some reviews are bad for this organisation but I can tell you that the company is extremely good. I worked under manager Pradeep, and Deb was my HR. Both of them were fabulous. Not even a single issue I faced here.
