As such there is nothing good in this organization

Cons

Bad management - they never pay you amount which was offered in joining letter. Finance and HR team not transparent and they say something and do something else. Will highly recommend you never ever work in this organization .

Thank you for taking the time to give us your honest feedback. QualiTest is a great company to start your career, however, it goes way beyond that. QualiTest is also a great place to continue your career. In a junior role, you have the opportunity to work closely with senior testers which in turn will help you gain experience and knowledge. We want people to grow and develop with us over time and our management team works hard to make this possible. One way in which we do this is by implementing career paths for each individual employee, in which information regarding training's, salary increases, and development opportunities is discussed and implemented. In terms of pay, it is performance based. Therefore, if an employee works hard and performs well, he or she will be rewarded for that. Thanks again for your review– we are always striving to improve and your opinion matters.

You get to work with different clients and touch on different projects and tools

Cons

lack of training and not enough time provided when being yanked off a project. The test centre lacks character, people have cliques and the new guy is just the new guy, no one speaks to you or tries to interact
