Freshers don't join because you are wasting your time.Managers don't want freshers. They are never ready to accept freshers in their team. Management and HR are least bothered about freshers. They train freshers and after completion of training,they keep them in bench without any projects and then forcefully they make them resign. So overall if you want to experience how a company will forcefully make you resign without working in any project and if you want to understand how internal bad politics work in a company and if you want to suffer. Go ahead with this company.
