      I wish glass door had negative rating too

      Pros

      I thought for 30 min and came up with one pros, snacks on Fridays. We will get salary on time (as management keeps telling always when you go to them with any cons. Sounds funny)

      Cons

      No future Worst management No process followed for anything No hike No values to employee concerns Managers are everything. Bad work environment (as they will keep ODC temp always low which will never be changed even after begging) You might be even put into jail if you take print out from office printer. Address managers as 'Sir' they will be pleased

In terms of salary and appraisal it is always taken into consideration every year for all the employees based on the performance. QualiTest has an open door policy culture and the grievance or escalation system is directly sorted through the Managers or the Happiness Advocate. Apologies for the room temperature not being comfortable for you. But the office temperature is always maintained at a constant of 23℃.QualiTest always believes in equality and promotes a culture of addressing everyone by only their names.

      Excellent place for opportunities

      Pros

      Great place to excel and find opportunity for growth if you're willing to take it. The company is growing rapidly and although some people are brought in with low pay the chance to be promoted is great if you're willing to think outside the box and go the extra mile for the customer. Being very new to software testing I'm looking forward to what I will learn over the next year. The company is run by former QA professionals, the completely understand what the teams face day to day.

      Cons

      Most of the management team is great, the business managers are always willing to take the time to help with any questions or concerns you might have and the delivery mangers are awesome. However, the CEO is a loose cannon. You can hear him criticizing people all the time. He should realize his voice travels in the office. Other than the CEO, QualiTest is a great place.
