Since we are the world's second largest software testing company, you are absolutely right when you say that we are completely focused on testing - something that we are very proud of! One of our goals is to make our software testers the best testers in the world; therefore, we always take the time to train and develop our employees. We are currently working on establishing career paths for our employees which will address training needs, growing opportunities, and raise/bonus schedules over a two year period.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Unfortunately, the certifications and tests that you are discussing are not used here at QualiTest USA. Therefore, it appears that this review is for a different company or perhaps a different branch of QualiTest. We consider our employees our most important asset and we work hard to create programs in order to train and develop them in house. For juniors, we don’t require any prior experience or any specific certificate, they just have to be smart & show a tester mindset. For senior job openings, we don’t require certificates, but possessing a knowledge, depends on the job requirement.
