Great Company, Less Than Avg. Pay

Pros

The benefits are unrivaled at Qualtrics. I pay $10/mnth for my family of 6 for medical and dental + the company contributes $2,500/yr to an HSA with no required employee contribution. You get to work with some top tier talent.

Cons

The pay is less than industry avg. AE1's only make $45K/yr. The atmosphere is similar to that of a fraternity. Lots of testosterone and ego's.

Pros

- good product - good people - great market position - good for recent college grads to get into tech

Cons

- oversaturated in sales. There is over 300 reps. Get ready to be assigned a zip code. Not city, zip code. - not enough good accounts to go around - middle management is very weak - services side of org is overworked and very behind schedule - feels like a sweatshop at times - many people immature in career. Dealing with finance was torturing at times. - large deals are making resources limited for other in sales.
