Stock options, catered meals, automatic promotions in sales, high achieving and fun culture, incredible office location and fitout, insane growth, epic commission accelerators

Cons

Not really a con, but not for the faint hearted. The pace of innovation is relentless so you better be ready to learn.

Pros

It's fast paced, with a lot to do and a lot to learn. You learn something every day, and if you perform, you will have the chance to grow in your career and responsibilities. People are really passionate about what they do.

Cons

Very Sales and Engineering oriented - a con if you are not in one of those roles. Management tries to make you feel like it's the only great place to work out there in the market.
