Pros

The people. There are amazing people to work with and to learn from here.

Cons

Being pre-IPO, the focus is revenue instead of customer obsession. Customer obsession has been our mantra during my entire time at Qualtrics, until recently, we have lost sight of that.

Opportunity - high growth means you can excel if you perform well Mentoring - work with people smarter than you, and a team that cares about your success. Exciting Problems no matter the team.

Cons

Its a fast paced environment. There is a bit of stress and pressure to deliver. focus is on short to mid term growth, sometimes at the expense of long term.

The company has between startup and mature company mentality. Pays less than mature companies and retains that feel of startup feel...It is a good place to work if you are under 30 and this is your first job...If you are more experienced in the industry, the environment may come across as a bit strange for older folks...
