Pros

Good culture -- well organized, fun to work there, great products, lots of cool new projects

Cons

Big company. Engineers are also responsible for production assets so you have to be on-call for a week every month or so which can either be a breeze or pretty time-consuming and annoying depending on what team you're on.

Pros

- Laid back, yet productive environment - Great office with lots of perks - Solid product with potential for growth - Transparent company culture and leadership

Cons

- Low pay - Location in Provo, Utah - Not as many opportunities to move up, but I imagine this will change because the company is growing at a rapid rate and things will eventually change
