I was paid very under market for a long time because they sell you on the "opportunity"...I am hoping it will be worth it

Pros

Best-in-class technology helping organizations solve challenging problems. The people who work at Qualtrics are, generally speaking, incredibly smart and dedicated. In sales, you control your own destiny here - be successful, get promoted. Great career opportunities across the organization.

Cons

Typical growing pains. Silos lead to communication gaps, which can be troublesome at times. Leadership is pretty aware of it though, and do make an effort to minimize that. But it is still there.

Great place to work. Given the amount of growth there is never a lack of things to do.

Cons

Continue to invest in your people and don't believe that high growth will keep people around. Pay is fairly low given the high expectations.
