Pros

A lot of potential, the company is growing really fast, the market is growing fast as well.

Cons

Poor training, lack of support for no english customers and it doesn't help if you want to grow business in Europe.

Pros

Company is in high growth mode which means there is plenty of opportunity to move up the career ladder or diversify into a new role. All the usual Tech Company bonuses - great office space, plenty of swag, free food etc..! Centrally located office in the heart of Dublin. Management is involved and takes a genuine interest in new hires.

Cons

Only in the role 4 weeks and don't have / have seen any cons yet!
