My coworkers were great honestly

Cons

When I joined, my team had 10 people. Exactly 12 months later, the ENTIRE TEAM had changed. This should be completely unheard of, however this extremely high turnover rate is apparently par for the course when it comes to qualtrics. Few people stay for longer than a year or 2, and during each employee pulse meeting, when asked the question "how many people are seriously considering leaving the company or switching jobs," the number would consistently be between 50-80%. There is seriously something wrong with the way this company operates

Good company culture, leadership seems to care, employee can freely voice concerns and there's a good amount of healthy discussion

Cons

Pay could be more competitive and recommend to move away from low base high equity model since the stock seems to grow very weak
