Opportunity to grow, wonderful staff and coworkers, they actually care about you and they see the potential in you and help you flourish. You're recognized for you accomplishments and are helped in areas of weaknesses. They're making and taking the proper actions to ensuring the company is the best it can be in regards to quality and structure.

Cons

The immense growth can be scary sometimes, but they've been very transparent throughout the process and are making sure to take all the proper steps to help support their areas of weakness.
