      My Managers have been rrally great at training and concerns and its actually what a job should feel like and do!

      Theres a few rotten apples in every bunch but overall not bad.

      Pros

      When I worked there it felt like a family. I enjoyed going into the office and so did everyone else.

      Cons

      With recent changes in how the Houston office is managed the culture has dramatically shifted. People are leaving at some of the highest rates, new hires don't stay and people don't even show up for the company Christmas party anymore. Multiple high level managers and directors have left the company, all citing the same reason.
