1st shift hours 6-2, vacation was at 3 weeks after 2 years

Cons

Little to no notice on overtime. Got mandated for a lot of 12 hour shifts and weekend work

Pros

Rotating schedule, ok benefits. Pay is below comparable extruder jobs in the region and country but still pretty good for the area.

Cons

Non-climate controlled environment effects how your machines run and your performance. Its awful hard to work in 100 degree plus temps, and you're expected to work harder. Favoritism is rampant in my factory and seemingly nothing is done to prevent conflicts of intrest. Perpetually understaffed, you will work at the very least one day of overtime every week.
