Above average safety measures in place.

Cons

Your reward for hard work is more work. Make a mistake while your 90 day training period and it will follow you forever. Extremely high turn over rate. All current English speaking workers are actively job hunting. Management embodies the worst qualities of MAGA Americans. Lies, misdirection, unsupportive, unencouraging, abusive, and inconsiderate. Low starting pay for non leadership positions and infrequent raises. Punished for using the PTO that they give you.
