      Pros

      Company has people in mind and provides many benefits and good pay.

      Cons

      Inconsistent vision and direction from upper management. They think they know what they want (safety, efficiency, cutting costs) but they don't know how to make that happen. People are left to do what they think will work but without a unifying guide to bring efforts together, the efforts are mostly wasted.

      Pros

      Lots of over time fair pay

      Cons

      Not managed well. Lots of bandage work to keep machinery running seems like production is more important than fixing the problem so it doesn't happen again. Lots of repeat fixes. And lots of communication problems.
