      Pros

      Very friendly and open enviorment. Everyone is willing to help you learn anything and the leads are more than happy to assist people in learning more within the job and get better pay.

      Cons

      Leadership within the company is very biased. For a chunk of time prior to and after Covid the higher ups were establishing mandatory OT for a majority of the departments while not doing anything to assist the employees. Quotas are a large contributor to stress within the workplace. The expectations were unobtainable for a long time.
