Got very good support from headquarter, especially from Chongqing, many many opportunities for everyone, lots of work and task.

Cons

incubated just last year, most of the things not yet convenient. there has no bus from City (because Thailand branch located in Banbeung , rural area 20km away from Chon Buri city). furthermore, this company worked 9hr a day.
