There is always a lot of work to be done and need to work overtime.

Beginner experience with limited chance to move up

Cons

Lowest pay for repair techs. Told there is school accommodation and was refused even though I'm going to school full time online. Management obviously doesn't know how to approach situations and will avoid your problems and questions.
