A Big firm in Taiwan,you can get lots of experience in there such as NB or Desktop manufacture.

Cons

PC industry is its downside ,but its server BU seems growing now.you can choose that BU if you have interesting.

Very lenient but efficient top manager (C.C. Leung) Stable environment Short work hour (compared with other electronics companies in Taiwan) Better location (compared with Hsinchu) Good welfare In most case friendly people

Cons

No long-term product R&D People don't have too much passion on work Not "high-tech" enough (just to myself) Compensation (averaged across employees) is not high but bonus part could vary a lot among people Most people are not very smart
