The management was very poor when I worked there. There was no diversity and most of the people were overworked. Majority of the employees both office and warehouse are asian ethnicity with minimal english skills. They hire on the cheaper end of the pay scale and expect high intensity work output. Nga Van is one of the managers there and she would completely go off on employees even a fixable mistake happen. Most employees are there for more than 4+ years and still seem to not move up in any position but would collectively get more assignments and work. Working conditions need to also be looked at as well. In B8 building would need better ventilation and heater as well as office space. Office supplies are monitored like the employees are criminals. Office equipment like monitors, mouses, and keyboards are way too outdated. upper management like mangers has very bad managing skills and would add stress on employees. If you read this for please save your time and do not work here.

Nepotism. Poor communication from upper management.
