Lack of training, bad benefits, terrible HR. Suggestion foe anyone starting here is to make sure your offer letter spells out everything. They will keep it vague and then will not honor parts of the odder letter.

Growth and Stability! I was tired of getting laid off, no chance of that here. They are growing like crazy! Management easy to talk to and get things done. Not a bunch of red tape; have an idea, just talk to the sSr managers or HR and it happens.

Cons

If you don't like OT, maybe not the place for you. Lots of growth so things can get crazy but I see job security.
