Free snacks. A good place for entry level engineers, a lot of opportunities for a self initiative personal who is willing to learn knowledges and gain experience in a fast paced OEM environment.

Cons

uncompetitive salary, leak of version of employee development, leak of communication from bottom to top, top to bottom, and function to function.

Training well. And co-workers behave one another well. In addition to, time is for lunch and for each times of rest logical. And the leaders and supervisors are funny to people working in line.

Cons

There also are some trainers not training new workers well. Beside, few of the co-workers have not yet behaved one another well.
