The team is very friendly and relatively young. The company offer great benefits such as subsidising lunch, staff gym, swimming pool, massages appointment etc. Can learn alot as it is a project based role.

Cons

Lack of training, it could take a while to pick up the job and work independently. The salary is low to begin with but it increases every year depending on your performance and company revenue.
